Meetings
Meetings of the full AAFC be held twice yearly and to be held in the states where the state games are being held.

AAFC Structure

• The President / Chairman is elected for a 3 year term
• The full AAFC consists of 2 Executive / Board members (usually the President / Chairperson but may vary with local state committee structures) of the States, plus the CEO's of each state.
• Other Executive members from each state are welcome to participate at meetings without voting rights.
• The CEO represents the non competing state at an AAFC meeting.
• The secretariat is made up of the CEO's from each competing state.
